2. Phase - 2: Main Examination
Mains is the second stage of the SBI PO exam. This stage is more difficult and in-depth than the preliminary exam. It tests the banking knowledge, logical thinking, and effective writing ability of the candidates.

3. Phase - 3: Interview (Psychometric Test, Group Exercises and Interview)
Interview is the third and final phase of the SBI PO selection process. In this, candidates are evaluated on the basis of personality, communication skills, leadership ability, and banking awareness. This phase has two main parts. The combined total of Phase 3 is 50 marks.
